The email that we send you immediately after placing an order confirms our receipt of your order only. We only accept the order when we process the payment and ship the goods to you.
We are able to accept orders online, by post, telephone, or fax.
Methods of payment currently accepted are VISA, Mastercard, Switch / Maestro, cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer. We do not recommend sending cash by post. In no circumstances can we accept responsibility for any cash lost in the post.
All prices of products are stated in UK Pounds Sterling.
All stated prices on our website are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax ("VAT") where this is chargeable / applicable. Quotes on any other sales medium (such as telephone orders) will clearly set out the total cost to you, identifying any applicable VAT at the time of order.
Delivery of products to UK resident customers at a recognised UK address is free of charge.
International delivery charges are £10 for orders to mainland Europe and £15 for orders to the rest of the world, unless clearly stated to the contrary for specific products.
We endeavour to despatch products on the same day for all orders received before 2.00pm on a working day. We endeavour to despatch products on the next working day for all orders received after 2.00pm on the previous working day or received on a previous non-working day. UK orders are despatched by Courier. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International Registered Airmail delivery.
We operate a seven day no quibble returns policy. This means that you have the right to return the goods to us for a refund at any time within seven days after delivery of the goods. In all cases it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you are returning to us get to us: we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires our signature on receipt. The returned goods must be in the same condition that they were in when initially despatched by us to you. The customer must pay for the return of the goods (except for in certain circumstances where they are faulty - see below). Where applicable we will refund you for the price you paid for the goods within 10 working days from the later of: a) the date we receive the returned goods in satisfactory condition, and b) the date that your initial payment for the goods is received by us in unencumbered cleared funds.
We inspect all products before they are despatched in an effort to minimise the possibilty of any faulty or incomplete items being shipped to our customers. In the unlikely event of a problem with a purchased product please Contact Us by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible after you take delivery. We endeavour to sort out any customer problems courteously and punctually. We will reimburse you for return postal costs for any faulty products that you return to us within seven days after their initial delivery to you. The return postage costs for any products returned after this 7 day period (within the manufacturers warranty period) will be incurrerd by the customer.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all product pictures and descriptions on the site, all photographs of products on the site are illustrative examples only. Colours and finishes may vary. We advise customers to thoroughly read all product descriptions and Contact Us if in any doubt.
